The mechanics of this Xbow are well done, hence this is for backup and spare parts. It is accurate and efficient. Cons: Typical with xbows it has loud mechanical noises that prey can hear and react. Silencers need to be applied to several parts of the bow. The sight pivots on a simple pin set in plastic and has too much play for accurate shooting.  The sight can only be set to a handful of elevations. A step-up model to this one with a sturdy and  calibrated vernier adjustment would be very desirable.  Today, arrow trajectories are well known and range finders quick and accurate--accurate elevation setting could increase the effective range of this xbow substantially.

Bought this bow for my teenage son for his first hunting trip. The bow was everything what we expected and then some. The range and accuracy were on point and the weight was just right for the type of hunting we were doing. Highly recommend this bow.
