Customer service was excellent. Shipping was fast but did not update so I had no means of tracking until I sent an email. But again, the responses were very quick and informative.

Product- The 3 blade broadhead bolts, We have not actually tested them as we do not wish to tear up our archery targets. They do not seem to hold up well. The blades have been falling out of a couple of them just from handling. Maybe it can be remedied with some Superglue, but I would hate to throw of their accuracy.
