How do I get free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $50 within US excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska customers.

      1. Agree to all of our policies.
      2. Generate your order: Visit us on the web, add desired products to the online shopping cart.
      3. Shipping: Please select your preferred shipping method. If you prefer to ship via FedEx Global Express, please check your custom if there is any restriction.
      4. Payment: If you have paypal, you can complete check out. A shipping fee notification will be email within 24 - 48 hours after order is being "processed." If you wish to pay via bank wire or western union: Cut and paste the shopping cart content and email us at sales@thecrossbowstore.com with your order detail and shipping address.
      5. TheCrossbowStore.com welcomes International orders. We process and ship out International orders 1-3 times a week.
      6. Buyers assume 100% responsibility for your country's law and regulations. We are not familiar with local laws and regulations outside of California.
      7. If you have any special requests, please contact us prior to completing your order online.
      8. Buyers are also responsible for any duty and import taxes incurred plus "your government's fees" and enjoying the welfare and utilities from your government.

      1. Bank Wire Transfer. (A $20 fee will be added for international wire transfer amount less than $500.)
      2. Paypal with confirmed address.
      3. Western Union Money Transfer. (Sent to TheCrossbowStore.com with Control #, address, phone number and shipping address.)

    • Shipping: All international orders are shipped via US Express Mail (EMS), US Priority Mail or US First Class Mail based on the weight and value of each orders.
    • Delivery Time: International orders normally take 3-15 business days to deliver depending on location.
    • Canada / Australia Buyers: From our previous experience, Canada and Australia's customs are very strict, which is why Crossbows are retailed 5 times more expensive there. To avoid packages from being seized by customs or returned to sender (RTS), we do NOT ship complete crossbows to Canada or Australia unless payments are wired in advance along with proper import license.
    • Insurance is not available for the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola (Cabinda), Belarus, Bosnia, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the (Zaire), Cote d'lvoire (Ivory Coast), Croatia, Cuba, Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
