  • Crossbows should never be taken out to the public or school.

Order Processing & Shipping Policies
  • All orders received are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days (not including weekends).
  • In the event of a back-order or pre-order, your order may be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Shipment after the first will be shipped via regular ground services. All additional expenses will be covered by TheCrossbowStore.com.
  • Your credit card will NOT be charged until we process your shipment.
  • Low Value Packages may be shipped via USPS depending on package content & Delivery address (PO Box, Military Address, ect.).
  • Although rare, please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery time for none-express shipping methods such as Ground.

Order Cancellation Policies
  • Please review your order carefully before clicking "confirm order" to help us keep our operation cost low. All orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to shipping. Because emails are answered in the order they are received, we highly recommend that you call us immediately in the event that an cancellation is required.
  • To request cancellation on a shipped order, the items must be in brand new condition and the buyer is responsible for 100% of the shipping fee incurred.

  • Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
  • Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with TheCrossbowStore.com are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.

Warranty Policies
  • All products sold on TheCrossbowStore.com carry a "Hassle Free 45 Day Warranty" unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered.
  • Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective / damaged products only, as determined by our TheCrossbowStore.com technicians or RMA representatives. All sales are final.
  • Modifying on Archery equipments will void all warranties and could violate state or federal laws.
  • Any cable, string, and limb damages caused by dry fire are not covered by our warranty.
  • Warranty voids when the product is abused, altered, skirmished, disassembled in any way, not in original packaging, or is past the 45 day warranty period.
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage on Chinese made items.
  • We do not offer cool down periods or trial orders. Please research all products before making a purchase, as all sales are final.
  • Some manufactures may offer an extended warranty on their products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to contact the manufacturer to receive any extended warranty.
  • There are no additional warranties beyond what is specified. All right reserved. Warranty policies are subject to change without notice..

Request For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Here at TheCrossbowStore.com, we stand behind our products and proudly represent many of your favorite manufacturers. If you bought an item from us in the last 45 days and are experiencing issues with the item, we offer a 45 day warranty to replace and repair your item. We do our best to provide you with the best services & support on top of our large selections, newest version inventories, industry leading warranty, factory support, factory direct pricing and more!

  • If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us immediately. We can assist you in completing a damage claim with the shipper.
  • Please start the warranty claim by completing the return account authorization form. Please do not return anything without completing this form and being issued an RMA number. Your package could be lost in our warehouse or refused if it is not labeled properly.
  • Once you have submitted the form, you will hear from one of our dedicated RMA staffs in 3-5 business days.
  • All return packages will be inspected by authorized, industry leading technicians who will make all final decisions regarding your case. False claims will be treated as fraud.
  • Under extreme circumstances, it is at the discretion of the RMA Department and its staff to grant returns. Items must be in brand new, re-sell-able condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in return situations.
  • Manufacture Defect: If you received an item with manufacture defects, you can contact manufacture customer service directly to get a replacement. Or TheCrossbowStore.com will repair or replace the item within 45 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Once your return is received, the item will be inspected by one of our technicians to determine if it is covered under our manufacture warranty. Please review our Warranty Policy for more detailed information.
  • Damaged upon arrival: If your package arrived damaged, one of our customer service representatives will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. Please inspect all contents and keep original box and packaging material. Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days depending on the shipper's policy.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange an item if the item is brand new, unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging within 45 days of delivery. You are responsible for any return or reship shipping fees.
  • Return for store credit: You may return an item for merchandise credit if the item is brand new, unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging within 45 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • Non-Warranty / Repair / Upgrades Services: You will be responsible for all related repair and shipping charges. Our repair labor rate is $35 / hour, all repairs are done by TheCrossbowStore.com certified technicians right here in South El Monte, California.
